RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maison Ndongo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

NO REFUNDS – FINAL SALE
All purchases are final and non-refundable.

As our hair extensions and wigs are custom-made and produced on demand, they are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY)
We only offer exchanges if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The item received is incorrect

To request an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Send clear photos of the defective or incorrect item via email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp

If your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Maison Ndongo does not guarantee the receipt of returned items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used hair products

  • Opened or worn wigs/extensions

  • Any item not in its original condition
