SHIPPING, PRE-ORDER & RETURN POLICY
At Maison Ndongo, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
PRE-ORDERS
All our products are made on demand. We do not keep hair units in stock.
Pre-orders take approximately 7 to 15 business days for processing, as each order is custom-made directly by our supplier.
PROCESSING TIME
- Hair bundles: 1 to 2 weeks processing time
- Wigs: 7 to 8 weeks processing time
This is the time needed to prepare your order before shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped via:
- Bpost (national shipping in Belgium)
- FedEx (international shipping)
Orders are shipped via priority delivery.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Hair bundles: 1 to 2 weeks
- Wigs: 7 to 8 weeks
- International orders: up to 20 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except if items are defective or incorrect upon arrival.
EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, an exchange process will be offered.
You must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide proof of purchase
- Send photos of the defective or incorrect item via email, DM, or WhatsApp
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
