TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Maison Ndongo. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Maison Ndongo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have given consent for a minor to use this site under your supervision.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Maison Ndongo specializes in the sale of hair extensions and wigs. All products are made to order and not held in stock.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. PRE-ORDERS
All items are sold on a pre-order basis.

  • Production time: 7 to 15 business days

  • Orders are produced directly by our supplier

4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing times:

  • Hair bundles: 1–2 weeks

  • Wigs: 7–8 weeks

Shipping is carried out via Bpost (Belgium) and FedEx (international).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Bundles: 1–2 weeks after shipping

  • Wigs: 7–8 weeks after shipping

  • International orders: up to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Maison Ndongo reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

6. FINAL SALES & NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of our products (hair extensions and wigs), all sales are final.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal (14-day return period) does not apply to goods that are customized or made to the consumer’s specifications.

7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Send photos of the issue

If approved, an exchange will be arranged.

After 7 days, no exchanges will be accepted.

8. RETURNS & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Maison Ndongo is not responsible for lost returns and cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maison Ndongo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. PERSONAL DATA
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
